Join us for the next informal meeting hosted by Sarah M (YR 10 parent) on Monday 11 November at 7pm to support each other in helping our young people.
Meet up in the back room of the Sylvan Post pub, Dartmouth Road.
As a reminder, we aim to offer opportunities for mutual support, exchanging information, advice, resources, and tips for supporting our students' mental health.
In addition to our informal get-togethers, we have previously:
· Organised and fully funded specialised training for parents/carers on youth mental health awareness
· Developed resources for sharing, including a collection of tips and techniques on supporting mental health as well as a set of documents and references on managing mood, worries, anxiety, and negative thoughts.
